All our properties are thoroughly inspected by our experienced local staff and many are also inspected by the Yorkshire Tourist Board to ensure they meet the high expectations of our customers.

Yorkshire Cottages have several `local' property managers in Yorkshire who seek out the very best self catering properties for our customers. This ongoing process is painstakingly undertaken with our managers travelling hundreds of miles to meet with owners and potential new owners of holiday accommodation.

All of our Yorkshire Cottages have been thoroughly inspected by us and indeed many are also inspected annually by the Yorkshire Tourist Board. Across our business we endeavour to only market cottages of a minimum 2 star standard and above to ensure the facilities and accommodation we offer meet our customers' expectations.

In addition we actively encourage feedback from our guests about their holiday, this provides us with the essential `customer view' of how we perform and the standard of accommodation we provide. Most importantly, every cottage has to meet strict statutory requirements for all public insurances and all relevant legislation for fire and gas safety and electrical PAT testing.
