It is important to us that your holiday is trouble free and enjoyable. With this in mind we have, on your behalf, negotiated special arrangements with P J Hayman & Co Ltd for Personal Travel Insurance. This insurance is underwritten by ELVIA Travel Insurance International N.V. (Netherlands) and is administered by Mondial Assistance (UK) Ltd.
All members of your party will be covered unless you delete the insurance section on the booking form, or if they exceed the limit of 75 years of age for Personal Accident cover. Cost details are shown on the booking form and below.
PERSONAL HOLIDAY INSURANCE

Your Personal Holiday Insurance covers you from the time you leave your home in the UK and ends when you return to it.
You may cancel the cover within 14 days of purchase provided you have not used the cover or made a claim. If you do not cancel the policy within 14 days you will be liable for the full insurance premium.
This cover has been specially put together with P J Hayman*, however it does not cover events which are as a result of the Insured Person undertaking hazardous activities or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The policy contains certain conditions relating to the health of the people travelling and others upon whose well being the trip may depend. It may be that you are required to disclose known medical conditions of such people prior to cover being issued and you must be aware that failure to disclose such information will prejudice your position.

Your Personal Holiday Insurance
1. Personal Accident
The following benefits will be payable if you or one of your party is accidentally injured on holiday.
Level of Cover
Death £5,000 (£1,000 for children under 16).
Loss of limb(s) or eye(s) £10,000
Permanent Total Disablement £5,000.
Main exclusions
Claims by any person over the age of 75 years.
2. Personal Liability
This covers your legal liability for accidental injury to any person or accidental damage to their property.
Level of Cover
Up to £2,000,000.
Main exclusions
Employer’s liability, contractual liability or liability to a member of the Insured Person’s family or travelling companion.
The first £250 of third party property damage claims.
Claims relating to trade, business or profession.
3. Baggage and Personal Effects and Money
Your baggage, personal effects and money are covered if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
Level of Cover
Up to £1,500 per person.
Up to £150 any single article.
Up to £300 of valuables per person.
Up to £150 of money (including cash which must be carried on the person)
Main exclusions
The first £40 of your total claim for each incident.
Unattended items left in a public place or theft from unattended motor vehicles unless locked in the boot. In all cases there must be signs of forcible entry.
Valuables and money packed in suitcases or other like receptacles whilst travelling.
Cash unless carried on the Insured Person or in a locked security box.
Money left in unattended motor vehicles.
Any loss from motor vehicles left unattended between 10pm and 8am.

We can only offer products from P J Hayman for Personal Travel Insurance.
Valid Period
The insurance offerings are available for holidays booked between 1st December 2006 and 31st December 2007.
Demands and Needs
This product meets the demands and needs of those suffering accidental death or serious injury, a personal liability, a loss of personal possessions or of money.

All premiums quoted below are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax:

£12 for Personal Insurance – Cover for a short break
