From the moment you contact our business, we take a very pro-active role advising and marketing your property. All new cottages appear on our website and we have one main brochure a year plus a number of supplements produced at peak times. There is no delay marketing your property. We run all year round marketing and advertising plans that we know, through experience produce the greatest response and yield the maximum number of bookings for our owners.
A personal, friendly and local service
We have holiday property consultants based throughout Yorkshire offering our owners a one to one service and professional advice on every aspect of what makes a good holiday letting prospect. Our central call centre is based in Carlisle and opens 364 days a year from 9am to 9pm (Sat 9am to 5:30pm). This unique aspect of our business means our door is always open to customers.
Professional Property Management
Our bespoke 'in-house' property management service is offered in large parts of the Northern Dales (through our Leyburn office) and on the Yorkshire Coast (through our Whitby office) and goes well beyond the level of service offered by most other agencies. Let us take the strain; we can hold your keys, manage arrivals and departures, arrange the cleaning and housekeeping, undertake minor on-going property maintenance and offer an on call emergency service 7 days a week to holidaymakers out of hours.
