Situated within the grounds of a working farm and carpentry business in the picturesque hamlet of Grindale, Spring Farm Barn offers a relaxing retreat with its rustic characteristics of exposed beams and chalk wall, open view, log burning free standing fire and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer en suite facilities. Also the luxury of an enclosed garden with hot tub to use privately during the day or under the stars at night!

Ground floor

Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge/Diner: With wood burning stove, TV, DVD, freesat, radio/CD, oak dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen/Diner: With Aga cooker( please note this is switched off from March to September), electric oven and hob, TV,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, 4 chairs
Utility Room: With washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin

First floor

Bedroom 1: With double Newel style bed, and en suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 2: With super king size zip and link bed, single bed and en suite bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin.

Facilities

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included.  Travel cot and high chair available by arrangement with the owner.

Off road parking for 2 cars. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Enclosed patio and garden to front with garden furniture, BBQ and hot tub.

Grindale is centrally placed for exploring the East Yorkshire coastal resorts of Bridlington, Sewerby, Flamborough Head, Filey and Scarborough, all within a short distance. An abundance of attractions in these areas include Sewerby Hall and Gardens, set in 50 acres and overlooking Bridlington Bay, Bempton RSPB sanctuary, Scarborough Sea Life and Marine Sanctuary, lots of sandy beaches and leisure activities. Also convenient for visiting the historic City of York, approximately 1 hours drive, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds.
