Description

Formerly the home of "Clyde" the Clydesdale horse, this delightful stable conversion is situated on the edge of the village of Nawton and offers excellent holiday accommodation on two levels. The lounge is warm and cosy with comfortable seating and is accessed from a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and wet room is also situated on the ground floor and a superb spiral staircase with polished wood treads leads to the first floor where a bedroom and bathroom have been created in the eaves of the cottage. A large patio situated to the rear of the cottage complete with garden furniture and barbecue enjoys open views, with a secure brick shed to the side which is perfect for storing bicycles, and any bulky items.

Nawton is approximately 3 miles equidistant of the bustling towns of Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley, each offering an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. The position is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas with the Historic City of York, the North York Moors and wonderful East Yorkshire coastal resorts of Scarborough and Whitby easily accessible. Within the immediate area, excellent footpath walks and cycling along quiet country lanes may be enjoyed.
