The accommodation has biomass central heating, underfloor central heating to the ground floor and comprises:
Lounge/kitchen/diner: With electric stove effect fire, colour TV, DVD and radio/CD. Kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with wetroom consisting of open shower area, low level basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point (suitable for those with difficulty negotiating the stairs).
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with colour TV and en-suite shower room with shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. Folding bed available for 7th person.
All fuel, power, bed linen and hand towels included. Bath towels available at £3 per person per week. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Use of owners telephone in emergencies.
Enclosed lawned garden with furniture, off road parking for two cars available. Use of shared freezer, and use of shared tumble dryer at a nominal charge to the owner.
