Centrally located in the popular market town of Pickering, South Cottage provides excellent holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests. Ideal for those wishing to be within walking distance of the many amenities in the town and also benefiting from a delightful private patio and garden to the rear. The cottage has undergone renovation but retains original character and features.

Dining Room: With feature fireplace.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds
Bedroom 3: With single and folding bed (for 6th guest)
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin, shaver point and radiator.
Facilities
All fuel, power and bed linen included. Towels available at £4 per person per week (payable to the owner). Cot and high chair available.

Enclosed lawned garden with paved patio and garden furniture. Garage parking for 1 car, private space for 1 car and on street parking available. One well behaved pet welcome.

About the local area
Pickering is a great base from which to explore the delights of the moors coast and York. A day out on the North York Moors Railway from Pickering is a great way to explore the pretty villages in 'Heartbeat' country, meandering through the heather clad moorland bound for the fishing port of Whitby. Pickering hosts a market on a Monday and has many shops, restaurants and tea rooms. Scarborough is a short drive away and has sandy beaches to enjoy along with amusements and the castle. The historic City of York can be easily accessed where you may discover the Viking past, ancient cobbled streets and the magnificent York Minster.
