Description
Attached to The Byre, The Stable is a superb home, spanning two floors and converted from former stables to a very high standard. A quaint stone staircase to the outside provides a unique feature. The living area spans the ground floor, with a double and a twin room on the first floor complete with bathroom and each enjoying panoramic views. Nestling in a rural position and on an 'organic' working farm some three miles from Lealholm, The Stable enjoys peace and tranquility, a paved patio and a garden to sit, relax and savour the country life.

Ground floor
The property is heated with under floor central heating to the ground floor and comprises:
Lounge: With exposed oak beam spanning ceiling and wood burning stove, TV with Freeview package, DVD, radio/CD (through TV and DVD).
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Cloakroom: With WC and basin.
First floor
The first floor is heated with oil-fired radiators and comprises:
Bedroom 1: With King size bed
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, WC, basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Facilities
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels provided. High chair and cot available on request.
Miscellaneous
To the front lawned garden, paved patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Ample off road parking.

About the local area
From The Stable, there are excellent footpath walks direct from the door, the North Yorkshire Moors Centre near Danby is easily accessible, along with the coastal resort of Whitby 12 miles. From Whitby you may choose to take a journey by steam train meandering through the pretty moors villages to Pickering, or go by car to Scarborough or Filey.
