The property has been furnished to a high standard, offering cosy and welcoming accommodation with an open fire ion the lounge. The large mature woodland garden to the side of the property provides plenty of space for children to play in safety, being totally enclosed and private. Patio area with BBQ and garden furniture. The Gardener's Cottage is situated within easy reach of Ayton Castle, beautiful walks in Forge Valley, Dalby Forest, North York Moors steam trains in Pickering, coastal resorts of Scarborough, Filey and surfing at Cayton Bay. There are numerous excellent places nearby for eating out.

Bedroom 2: With single bed with full size single pull out bed for 4th person - linen is provided.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Wall mounted stairgate at the top of the stairs. There is no additional charge for the extra guest and linen is provided for the extra bed.

We loved staying there.
The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The cottage was very well equipped, even down to supplying washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc which we have not found in many others that we have visited.
