Peacefully nestling at the end of a quiet track leading down to the railway line, Nana's Cottage offers excellent single storey holiday accommodation. Situated within totally enclosed gardens overlooked from the conservatory, the property is perfect for families with pets. The bustling coastal resort of Scarborough is 3 1/2 miles away with a host of attractions to suit all ages, or for those who enjoy walking there is an excellent footpath walk from the cottage leading down to the river and a wildlife sanctury within 1/2 mile.

With oil fired central heating the accommodation comprises:
Lounge/dining room: With open fire, colour TV, video, radio and CD.
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Conservatory.
Bedroom 1: Master double bedroom.
Bedroom 2: With 4ft bed.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with double bed and single bunk over.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
Rear entrance hall: Suitable for storage of boots, coats and bicycles.
Facilities
All fuel, electric, bed linen and towels included. Highchair available.
Miscellaneous
Large lawned garden and paved patio with garden furniture. Ample off road parking.
Please note: Pets are welcome but must not go in the bedrooms; smoking is only allowed in the conservatory.
A refundable damage deposit of £50 is payable one week prior to arrival

Lovely friendly owners who were on hand but in no way intrusive. Delightful property, cosy, confortable cottage with pretty, well maintained secluded garden. Quiet location, close to a nature reserve and within reasonable travelling distance of Yorkshire's beautiful moors, coast and villages. Would love to return and would not hesitate to recommend the property.
