Situated approximately 3 miles from the bustling coastal resort of Scarborough, the cottage makes a perfect base from which to explore the area with excellent walking direct from the door and handy for Whitby and the surrounding North Yorkshire Moors. Nearby Dalby Forest is perfect for mountain biking or for the more adventurous why not try the "Go Ape" experience, offering tree top walks and aerial runways! Ganton Golf Club is open to non members or for those who enjoy history Burton Agnes Hall, Sowerby Hall and Gardens and Sledmere House are all worth a visit
