Nestling within the beautiful East Yorkshire Heritage Coastline between the bustling resorts of Scarborough and Whitby, Whitestone Cottage can be found on the edge of Staintondale, overlooking Hayburn Wyke, known for its links with pirates and smugglers in years by! Situated within the grounds of the owners home, this delightful holiday cottage enjoys the privacy of an enclosed garden to the side with long distance views over open countryside towards the sea which is accessible by footpath taking approximately 20 minutes. The cottage is cosy and welcoming and enjoys accommodation at ground floor level with wonderful views from the lounge, private parking spaces and excellent walking in the immediate area with access to the Cleveland Way and Whitby-Scarborough former railway, The Shire Horse Farm Visitor Centre, Staintondale Riding Stables and Pesky Huskies! There are many byways and bridleways for horse riding and mountain biking nearby.

The property is all ground floor, has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With woodburning stove, TV, DVD and radio.
Kitchen: With a Stanley Range cooker (instructions available) with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Dining room: With table and four chairs.
Bedroom 1: With double brass and cast bed and cot.
Bedroom 2: With twin brass and cast beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, W.C., wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

All fuel, power and bed linen included. Cot and highchair available.
