Alpha Apartment is a fully renovated modern, bright and spacious apartment providing excellent accommodation for the larger party, and benefiting from a central location in the heart of the Victorian seaside town of Saltburn by the Sea. Accessed via a door between two shops, the property is planned over three floors. A spacious lounge/diner is an excellent communal area, or for those who want their space, or for children, there is the benefit of an additional sitting room to the rear, and 'chill out' space on the third floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for up to 10 guests, and a small decked rooftop area accessed from the kitchen provides somewhere to sit out if required. Almost all the bedrooms have en suite facilities which are great for groups of guests, and a family room on the third floor has its own bathroom and stairgate making it secure for youngsters.

Saltburn is an excellent place to start your Yorkshire Coast holiday, with the fully operational and original Victorian cliff top lift providing easy access to the sandy beach below the town - ideal for a day out building sandcastles, flying a kite or perhaps even surfing. The town has an excellent selection of shops, with a supermarket a two minute walk away and many restaurants, pubs and shops to sample. The Valley Gardens are also perfect for a stroll and refreshments, and have a play area for children and miniature railway. For those who enjoy walking, the Cleveland Way can be accessed at Saltburn taking you along the cliffs down to Whitby. The beautiful coastal towns and villages such as Staithes, boyhood home of Captain Cook and Whitby, with famous abbey ruins can all be easily accessed, along with the pretty villages in the North York Moors National Park which are also worthy of a visit to take in breathtaking scenery otherwise known as 'Heartbeat Country'

The apartment was ideal for a large party, not just with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms but roominess of the other areas. 3 sitting, television areas meant there was no need to be on top of each other. The kitchen facilities were also really good. I would certainly recommend this property
