Bench seating to the rear overlooking the sea is perfect to enjoy at anytime of day and the sandy beach is a mere 5 minute walk away, as are the pubs serving food, shops, cafes and Staithes Heritage Centre and Captain Cook Museum where you may learn about the life and voyages of this famous seaman who spent some of his childhood as an apprentice in Staithes.

Bench seating to rear with sea views (not enclosed). Please note: there is no parking in Staithes village - the owners have a garage at the top of the village which you may park in front of free of charge. Alternative parking is in the car park - a a permit may be obtained for the week which also grants access to other car parks within the borough. There are steep stairs in the cottage, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
