Cornfields is a delightful dormer bungalow quietly situated in a cul de sac position in the heart of Easington and offering cosy and welcoming holiday accommodation for families. Situated between the Victorian coastal resort of Saltburn by the Sea where you can find the country's oldest water based cliff lift and the bustling fishing port of Whitby with an abundance of attractions, ensuring a perfect base from which to explore the area. Easington has a pub, church, post office and garage/general store and is within close proximity to Loftus with a good selection of shops, pubs and a leisure centre with swimming pool.

About the local area
The historic fishing village of Staithes approximately 2 miles away offers cobbled streets leading down to the harbour and beach and where you will find a selection of pubs, tea rooms and a museum in honour of one of its former residents Captain James Cook. Sandsend a little further along the coast provides a superb stretch of golden sandy beach which is perfect for sitting and relaxing whilst listening to the waves, or take a round of golf at Whitby Golf club which overlooks this beach. Don't miss the North Moors Steam train which runs from Whitby through the quaint little Moors villages of Grosmont, Goathland (often referred to as Heartbeat Country) and Levisham, en route to the picturesque market town of Pickering. Shops, pubs and a leisure centre with swimming pool.
