It is a very spacious, well-equipped property making it an ideal base for large families or two families sharing. From the hamlet, steep hills rise to open moorland, with spectacular scenery and fantastic views from the front of the property over surrounding countryside. It is a base perfect for walkers and dog lovers looking to explore the North Yorkshire Moors area and North East coastline. In the summer months you can see the many lambs and calves near the house for you to enjoy from your windows.

About the local area
Hollybush Farm is only three miles from the fishing port of Whitby, with its two miles of golden sandy beach, historical Abbey and homeport of Captain James Cook. Also nearby is the North Yorkshire Moors Railway which will take you on a journey from Whitby to the market town of Pickering stopping off at the picturesque villages of Grosmont (where the Hogsmead station in Harry Potter was filmed) and Goathland (otherwise known as Aidensfield, where the series of Heartbeat was filmed). Locally there is a good selection of pubs and places of interest for all the family. Littlebeck is considered by many as a perfect location to explore the many places of interest that the North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby and Scarborough can offer.
