Description
Situated within the grounds of Dunsley Hall Hotel which is in an elevated position above the coastal resort of Sandsend, the Cottage enjoys breathtaking sea views. The Cottage is cosy and comfortable and enjoys an enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture. Guests using the accommodation are welcome to use the hotel facilities which include a tennis court, bowling green, superb restaurant and bar.

Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Entrance Porch: With washing machine and dryer.
Lounge: With electric fire, TV, DVD and radio/CD
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, shaver point and radiator
First floor
Bedroom 1: With king size bed
Bedroom 2: With twin beds
Bedroom 3: Small room with single bed.
Facilities
All fuel, power and bed linen included. Towels for hire at £4.75 pppw payable on arrival. Travel cot and high chair on request.

Parking within the hotel grounds. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Use of hotel facilities to include tennis court, putting green and pay phone.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is payable one week prior to arrival

About the local area
Excellent walking is available direct from the door with the coastal resorts of Sandsend and Whitby easily accessible. Lots of attractions in the area include a beautiful stretch of golden sandy beach, golf club on the cliff top, swimming and leisure facilities, sailing, fishing and children’s amusements.
Perfectly positioned for exploring the quaint little villages in the North York Moors, often referred to as “Heartbeat Country”, either by car or on board the Steam Train which runs from Whitby through the villages of Grosmont, Goathland and Levisham en route to the bustling market town of Pickering.
