These two lovely barn conversions are nestled in a secluded area in Lingdale, just 4 miles from the Victorian sea side resort of Saltburn. They have been finished off to a very high standard, and have been nicely decorated and furnished. The open plan living areas give them a spacious, welcoming feel. They can be booked together for larger parties and family reunions, or on an individual basis. The properties are positioned in a central position as they are only a few miles from the North York Moors National Park areas and also the Coast, therefore providing an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. They are very well equipped and have great views of open countryside and over Saltburn. The barns are surrounded in fields, which are perfect for dog walking and the whole area is ideal for keen ramblers and cyclists, with many pathways very close by. The patio areas are a perfect way to end the day by relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine and enjoying the views. The barn conversions have an interlocking door therefore can cater for parties of upto 7 people along side The Cottage (CC243047).

About the local area

Saltburn is a great day out for all the family to enjoy with its own cliff lift dating back to 1884 and famous pier which is the most Northerly surviving British pier. The Smugglers Heritage Centre not far from the lovely promenade which is perfect for a leisurely stroll on a fine evening. There are lots of activities in Saltburn including surfing, fishing, golf and swimming. You can also enjoy horse riding by taking a trek across the beach. If you want to travel slightly further, the historic town of Whitby is less than half an hour away, where you can sample its famous Fish and Chips or visit the stunning Abbey. You can walk from Whitby along the 3 miles of golden sands up the coast to the pretty resort of Sandsend. The coastal resorts of Robin Hoods Bay, Runswick Bay and Staithes are full of character and charm and are all definitely worth a day out.
