Furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard, this luxurious cottage offers every home from home comfort with the advantage of an open fire in the lounge, dressing area and en-suite shower room adjacent to the master bedroom and a magnificent slipper bath dominating the house bathroom. The cottage enjoys a secluded patio and tranquillity! Well village is situated between the bustling market towns of Masham, famed for its Breweries - The Black Sheep and Theakstones, and Bedale where the majority of properties lining the main street enjoy Georgian facades. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Cathedral Cities of York and Ripon along Yorkshire Dales with an abundance of footpath walks, fishing, golf and horse riding nearby.

Ground Floor

Property has LPG fired central heating and comprises:

Lounge: With open fire, TV, DVD, radio/CD which can be played through the TV and DVD.

Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,washer/dryer and dishwasher.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: With King size bed, flat screen TV/DVD and en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin.

Miscellaneous

Private garden with sloping lawned garden to rear, paved patio with garden furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars (accessed by neighbouring drive). Please note: The driveway up to the cottage is quite narrow so we advise that it is not suitable for very large vehicles eg. 4x4's.

There will be a winter fuel supplement of £30 per week and £15 per short break on bookings October to Easter inclusive which is payable direct to the owner.
