From the cabin, the historic City of York can be accessed within 15 minutes, with neighbouring Pocklington some 3 miles and offering an excellent selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds, along with the busy coastal resorts of Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby and all within an hours drive. For the children, Flamingo Land, spanning over 375 acres offers a theme park and zoo with an array of wild animals, fun and games and a gym and fitness centre.
