Ash Hining Farm is a delightful, detached property situated on a small working farm in the heart of the Howgill Fells. Only 5 miles from the M6 motorway and a mere 1 mile from the village of Sedbergh, just inside the Yorkshire Dales National Park, only 20 minutes drive from the Lake District National Park the property is in an ideal situation for enjoying the delights of both areas. Enjoying magnificent views over the Howgill Fells and open countryside and farmland, Ash Hining Farm is an ideal base for the larger party wishing to walk the famous Dalesway or explore the delights of this area of natural beauty.
The farmhouse itself dates back to the 17th century and has been refurbished in recent times to provide spacious accommodation for eight, with all four modern bedrooms haveing en-suites and tea and coffee making facilities for that early morning cuppa. The ground floor is furnished in a more traditional, yet comfortable style and has a wealth of exposed beams, that all important open fireplace and sunny conservatory from where to take in the tremendous views and watch visiting sheep!
