Relax beneath the "White Horse of Kilburn" in the quiet hamlet of Carlton Husthwaite where life slows to a gentle pace. The cottage is a recent barn conversion, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard with every home from home essential. The large open plan lounge leads to a private patio where you can share the peace and tranquillity with sheep, ducks and Yorkshire wildlife. Miles and miles of rural footpaths and moorland trails lead to panoramic views and places of interest.

This property can be booked together with Carlton Court (251106) to accommodate up to sixteen people.

Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open plan split level with TV, DVD, radio/CD, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The feature lounge is ideal for socialising especially for larger groups with French doors leading to private paved patio.

Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 1: With oak beamed ceiling, zip and link beds making 6' Super King or full size twin beds and an additional double sofa bed, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC. wash basin and heated towel rail.
