Situated within the Yorkshire Wolds, the cottage enjoys spectacular views over the surrounding open countryside and ensures a perfect location from which to explore the area with the market towns of Beverley and Driffield 8 and 10 miles respectively. Nearby Kiplingcotes holds one of the oldest horse races on the third Thursday each March, covering a 4 mile course and crossing local country roads. Also conveniently situated for exploring the bustling resorts of Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Hornsea on the picturesque East Yorkshire coastline and the historic City of York easily accessible.
