Furnished to a high standard, the lodge offers solid oak flooring throughout the living area, with tiled floors in the kitchen and solid oak units. Decked area to the front and rear are perfect for eating al fresco, with a breakfast on the rear patio attracting the early morning sun.

Property has LPG fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge/Diner: Open plan with electric stove effect fire, TV, DVD and radio/CD.
Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Utility Room
Master Bedroom: With double bed and en suite shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds
Bedroom 3: With full size bunk beds
Bathroom: With hand held shower over bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Traditional cot and high chair available. One well behaved dog welcome.

About the local area
The area is perfect for both couples and families with the advantage of swimming and leisure facilities at nearby Pocklington, whilst Flamingo Land, Eden Camp and the Elvington Air Museum are all easily accessible. Situated some 7 miles from York, this historic City can be easily accessed by the "Park and Ride", taking away the stress and expense of City parking. The beautiful East Yorkshire coastal resorts of Bridlington, Flamborough, Filey and Scarborough are well worthy of a days outing, along with the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds.
