Small patio with garden furniture. Private off road parking for 1 car 20 yards away with additional on street parking close to property. No smoking. There is a drop from the wall in the garden to the stream below. The gaps between the spindles on the staircase are more than 10cm and therefore extra care maybe needed if small children in your party
