First floor

Heated by oil fired central heating, the accommodation is on the first floor and accessed via a stone staircase briefly comprises:
Lounge/dining area:  With electric stove, wide screen TV with DVB & DVD, CD/radio player, Iphone/Ipad bluetooth docking station.  one step up to:
Kitchen:  With electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with icebox.
Bedroom:  With four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, W.C, basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Facilities

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Miscellaneous

Travel cot and highchair available by request.  Parking for one car. Laundry service available to be arranged locally with the owner. Garden table and chairs (2) available in season

The Three Peaks
