Overbeck is a cosy and compact detached cottage situated within the grounds of the owner's home in the pretty village of Bradley which has its own village shop and pub serving first class food. A delightful paved patio sits to the front of the cottage, complete with garden furniture and perfect for simply relaxing.

Property has electric night storage heaters and comprises:
Lounge/diner: with comfortable seating, TV, DVD, basic Sky package and radio.
Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and washing machine.

Bedroom 2: with twin beds
Shower room: New bathroom suite fitted in 2011, with shower cubicle, WC, basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

About the local area
From the cottage a short stroll leads onto the banks of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal where brightly coloured barges are moored, offering a level walk into the centre of Skipton or the Bluebell woods towards Kildwick. The bustling town of Skipton, known as "Gateway to the Dales" provides a market 4 days of the week which is held on the cobbled setts lining the high street. At the head of this main street Skipton Castle, which is a beautiful Norman structure, enjoys its prime position and attracts visitors all year round.
