The cottage abuts a quiet country road, with paved patio to the front, complete with garden furniture and offering spectacular views over open countryside.

Situated above the pretty village of Gayle and approximately 1.5 miles from the centre of the bustling Dales market town of Hawes, the cottage is conveniently placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Hawes lies at the head of Wensleydale and offers an outdoor market each Tuesday. Numerous attractions in the town include the Dales Countryside Museum and National Park Centre offering and abundance of history on the area, the Wensleydale Creamery where you may watch various cheeses being produced from the viewing gallery, the Rope makers which produce a wide variety of rope products and an excellent selection of unusual shops.

Great cottage. Cosy and snug. Very friendly owners and wonderful views across the Dales. Lots of lambs everywhere, great fun to watch.
