Quietly nestling within a courtyard of just three cottages, Church View is a pretty cottage which has been thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard offering quality holiday accommodation for families and couples with a seating area to the front and a private parking spot. In a tranquil setting, Church View is close to the 12th century church, where the churchyard contains the Golden Cross of Sebastopol, brought back from the Crimean War by a member of a local family at Spennithorne Hall.

Ground floor
Central heating is provided to all rooms by a high efficiency ACV E-tech electric boiler.hurch View is heated by electric central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With TV, video, DVD and radio CD player.
Kitchen/diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and antique pine table and 4 chairs.
First floor
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds. (can be zipped together request on booking)
Bathroom: With shower over corner bath, W.C., hand basin, shaver point and infra red wall heater.
Facilities
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Cot, highchair and stairgate available.
Miscellaneous
Outside: Pebbled Courtyard to the front with folding chairs. Please note: private parking is available for 1 car. Further parking available on the main road or outside the courtyard.

The cottage is located for ideal access to and from the A1 and is situated approximately 2 miles from the bustling market town of Leyburn in the heart of Wensleydale with an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and Friday market and easily accessible for exploring the numerous attractions on offer in the National Park.
