Middleham Castle

Mostly intact and affording wonderful views of Wensleydale from the viewing platform the historic ruins of Middleham Castle are well worth a visit.

Angram and Scar House Reservoirs

These two reservoirs at the head of Nidderdale are located in a wild and beautiful area of Upper Nidderdale. Yorkshire Water have provided an excellent six and a half mile walk around both stretches of water and with a free car park and picnic area on site its a fantastic day out for all the family.
