The barn benefits from both a double with en-suite and a single bedroom on both the ground and first floors, making it perfect for groups of friends sharing. A patio area to the front is also the perfect place to enjoy when the weather allows.

Property has gas fired central heating and comprises:

Lounge: With electric fire, TV, DVD and radio/CD

Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs for six.

Bedroom 1: With double bed and en suite with shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: With single bed.

First floor

Bedroom 3: With double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 4: With single bed

Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Bellerby is just a mile from the bustling market town of Leyburn. The village itself has a pub within walking distance of the cottage serving bar meals. Leyburn with its Friday market, selection of tea rooms, shops and pubs serves to provide local amenities, along with the Wensleydale Railway line and Chocolate Factory. Wensleydale is a haven for those who enjoy the outdoors, with footpath walks or hiking in abundance in the area. For those wishing to travel further into the Dales, the market town of Richmond has a Georgian theatre, swimming pool and castle and Reeth in Swaledale is a popular town with a variety of shops, pubs, tea rooms and the famous 'Swaledale Woollens'.
