This imposing stone built property has been recently constructed and stands in private grounds just off Grove Square adjoining open woodland, making it the perfect holiday location. Convenient for all the wonderful amenities that Leyburn has to offer, yet peacefully hidden in a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle. This apartment is meticulously presented offering a high degree of luxury. The owners have considered every comfort when designing and presenting these apartments. The bedding is of the highest quality Egyptian cotton, and the plush towels are sure to match those in any 'boutique' hotel!! Your every need has been catered for.

About the local area
Leyburn is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, making the perfect base for exploring Wensleydale and Swaledale. This picturesque area of rolling dales and fells is a haven for walking and cycling, and is scattered with quaint towns and villages, offering a true taste of 'life in the Dales' famous for its James Herriot connections and quality local produce. The area is steeped with history, with the cathedral cities of Ripon and York both within easy reach, and the spa town of Harrogate with its magnificent floral displays, and host to the famous ' Yorkshire Show' is well worth a visit. For those who enjoy racing, there are courses at York, Ripon and Catterick which are all easily accessible. The area is adorned with golf courses, and there are many other attractions within easy reach. However you wish to spend your holiday, you are sure to be won over by the quality and presentation of this delightful apartment.

This property was great. It was well equipped and immaculately clean.Maxine provided lovely personal touches e.g delicious cake and was helpful without being over-intrusive. The back of the cottage faced south and the patio area and French doors had sun most of the day - which we were very lucky to get plenty of ! Despite the weather going cold at night we were kept cosy with the excellent inclusive central heating. Sky+ and good wifi was a bonus ! We will return !
