Description
This delightful little character cottage can be found on an incline just above the centre of the bustling market town of Hawes in Wensleydale. Small, but perfectly formed, the cottage welcomes you with an open fire in the lounge - a lovely cosy feature and ideal to sit in front of after a hard days walking in the area. The Pennine Way even passes by the cottage, making The Snug an ideal base to start your walking holiday in this delightful part of the Dales. The cottage has retained many character features, has lovely Yorkshire flagstones flooring and is furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Ground floor
Property has electric central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With open fire, flat screen TV, DVD and radio/CD player.
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
First floor
Bedroom 1: With double bed and views over the churchyard.
Bedroom 2: With double bed (access at one side only)
Bathroom: With sliding door and small bath with hand held shower attachment (limited space)
Cloakroom: With sliding door, WC, wash basin and shaver point (also limited space).
Facilities
Starter pack of fuel for the fire, remainder of power, bed linen and towels included
Miscellaneous
Sunny patio area to the front with bench seating. Please note: The cottage is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The Wensleydale Creamery is a short walk away where you can watch the famous local cheeses being made, and all the pretty villages within Wensleydale and Swaledale are easily accessible.
