Description
Situated in the popular Wensleydale village of Bainbridge, Tiplady Cottage is a south facing end cottage with many delightful features. The lounge has a cosy open fire and the master bedroom is light and airy with a polished wood floor and king size bed. The pretty garden is a lovely tranquil spot to relax in when the sun shines!

Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With open fire (starter pack of logs/coal provided), leather sofas, TV with Freesat and inbuilt DVD player, radio/CD player and telephone for incoming calls only.
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bathroom: With bath and shower over, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver adaptor.
First floor
Bedroom 1: With king size bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Study Area: With desk and additional hanging/ drying space.
Facilities
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Wifi internet access available. One well behaved pet welcome.

There is a small south facing garden with lawn and seating. Off road parking for 1 car and additional parking available 25 metres from back door.

About the local area
Bainbridge provides an ideal base to start your Yorkshire Dales break with many walking opportunities for any age and ability available from the doorstep. The village has many amenities, including an excellent pub and a lovely tea room - perfect to return to for a well deserved pint or a cuppa after a hard days walking. There's also a village shop, a petrol station, and a picturesque village green with a children's play area. Attractions nearby include Aysgarth falls, with picturesque waterfall walks, Semerwater - the largest natural lake in Yorkshire offering water sports, not to mention nearby Hawes with the Wensleydale Creamery producing delicious local cheeses to sample.
