Quietly situated in the heart of the Wensleydale village of Redmire set back from the pretty village green, Town Hall Cottage has recently been refurbished to a particularly good standard, offering real home from home holiday accommodation and enjoying the added benefit of a small private patio to the rear which is a perfect spot to simply relax and unwind.

Property has oil fired central heating and comprises:

Lounge/Diner: With woodburning stove in lounge, TV, DVD and radio/CD.
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.
Sun Porch: Ideal for muddy boots, coats and bikes.

First floor
Bedroom 1: With King size bed and TV.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and TV with integral DVD player.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and radiator.
Facilities
Starter pack of fuel for the stove provided, rest of the fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair available.

Small paved patio with garden furniture to the rear. Off road parking space for one car, further on street parking on a first come first served basis.

Conveniently situated for exploring the surrounding countryside, Dales villages and market town of Hawes and Leyburn each with an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants and craft workshops where craftsmen display their skills and sell hand made products. Superb walking and cycling is available direct from the door and leading into the dramatic scenery of Swaledale. The recently extended Wensleydale Railway Line visits Redmire station from Northallerton and Leyburn giving you the option of a stress free journey without the car!
