This cottage is ideally located for exploring this picturesque area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park where the endless views of hills and dales are sure to blow you away. The local market town of Hawes offers an array of local produce with its weekly market and inviting Yorkshire tearooms, and is home of the Yorkshire delicacy - Wensleydale Cheese - often eaten with fruit cake in Yorkshire.

Walking in the area is a real treat with mile upon mile of footpaths for you to enjoy direct from the cottage door. When staying in this area, you should never need to tread the same path twice, but step out and discover something new each and every day! Aysgarth Falls are just a short dive from Sedbusk and are well worth a visit. Sedbusk's central position allows easy access to explore the area. Leyburn, Ingleton, Reeth, Kirkby Stephen, Kirkby Lonsdale and Sedberg are all within about 20 miles of the village, all hosting a great selection of shops, pubs and tea rooms

The Wensleydale railway is an ideal way to sit back and enjoy the stunning Yorkshire scenery that surrounds Sedbusk, perhaps a treat for those legs after a few days on the hills!
