Nestling in the midst of the picture postcard village of Grassington in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this delightful cottage has been restored to a high standard and offers superb holiday accommodation just a stones throw from the cobbled square.  An abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants surround the bustling village square attracting visitors all year round, especially during the weeks of the Dickensian Festival in December of each year.

Grassington is an excellent area for walkers, with many footpath walks including the circular route via Grass Wood, Gaistrills Strid and the River Wharfe, approximately 5 miles.

The lake is set in 24 acres of magnificent grounds of a large hotel and makes for a peaceful days fly fishing. Both boat and bank fly fishing are available. The Coniston Hall lake is open for fly fishing from 1st April to 1st October inclusive.
