Kilnsey Show

The Kilnsey show is one of many agricultural shows that are held throughout the Yorkshire Dales in the summer months. Normally held in late August the show is set beneath the famous Kilnsey Cragg just outside Grassington.

The show brings together local farmers and keen countryside folk who are keen to share their knowledge and display their different breeds of sheep and cattle. But there is much more than just livestock on offer, everything from dry stone walling, handicrafts, equestrian events, fell races and sheep dog trails all take place at the venue.

It is no doubt the best place to see the working face of the Dales while you are enjoying a holiday in the Yorkshire Dales.
