South Side Apartment has wide, sweeping views along the coastline. This light and spacious apartment provides perfect accommodation for a traditional family holiday, with the benefit of one designated parking space on your doorstep. Being in the centre of Bridlington you can park up and explore the many attractions on foot. Retaining the original high ceilings and large bay windows, the property has been modernised to a high standard and offers a contemporary, open plan living space, with doors leading out onto a large balcony. Watch the waves crashing on stormy days, whilst staying cosy and warm. On brighter days soak up the sunshine out on the balcony, enjoying the views as boat trips leave the harbour and families have fun out on the sand. The bright and cheerful dining area leads off from the kitchen, with seats for everyone to enjoy each other’s company over a delicious home cooked meal, whilst the comfortable sofas in the lounge area provide ample space to relax. This deceptively large apartment boasts five bedrooms in total, three twin bedrooms and two doubles, making this a great choice for big family get togethers as well as groups of friends. There are also two bathrooms to choose from, one with a bath so you can have a relaxing soak and the other has a shower.
You are located above a popular restaurant, which serves family favourites including the ever popular fish and chips, what trip to the seaside could be complete without this traditional dish!? Opposite you have the historic Spa Theatre with regular live events all year round, from concerts to pantomimes. You are only steps away from the beach, or strolling along the promenade as you explore the town centre, with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, including the rolling Chalk Wolds countryside, the dramatic cliff shoreline with the RSPB reserves including Bempton with puffins and gannets as well as a wide range of outstanding National Trust properties, such as Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall. For children there is Bridlington’s Animal Park as well as a seafront fair with a selection of rides. There is a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool as well as a clip and climb climbing wall. Around a 30 minute drive away you have Scarborough with a Sea Life Centre, Alpramare Water Park as well as paddle boats and a tree top trail at Peasholm Park. Beach 100 yards. About the local area

Part of the Yorkshire Heritage Coast, the area around Bridlington and Hornsea is rich in areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bridlington is renowned for its award winning beaches. Hire a beach chalet and let the children enjoy the fun at Kiddies Corner, or take a trip on the Land Train to Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

An impressive country house with acres of gardens to explore, Sewerby is also home to a small zoo where children are sure to delight in the popular Humboldt Penguins. Wet weather is never a problem, with plenty of amusement arcades along the seafront and Leisureworld, which boasts an indoor fun pool, complete with waves and waterslides.

Fourteen miles south of Bridlington is the little seaside town of Hornsea, housing a pottery museum and Bettison's Folly, a Grade II listed tower, while nearby Hornsea Mere offers sailing and fishing.

North of Bridlington is Flamborough Head, a chalk headland with the oldest lighthouse in Britain, which was built in 1674 but never used. There is also a newer, working lighthouse, where you can climb the 119 stairs and admire the extensive views. This is a Special Area of Conservation and a birdwatcher's paradise, with its regular visitors of gannets and puffins.

Danes Dyke at Flamborough is a massive flat topped bank and ditch that cuts through the headland. Believed to have been built as a defensive structure, it dates back to the iron age and is now a nature reserve, offering the visitor a series of walks and nature trails to explore.
