Situated within the grounds of a working farm and carpentry business in the picturesque hamlet of Grindale, Spring Farm Barn offers a relaxing retreat with its rustic characteristics of exposed beams and chalk wall, open view, log burning free standing fire and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer en suite facilities. Also the luxury of an enclosed garden with hot tub to use privately during the day or under the stars at night!

Property has under floor heating throughout the ground floor, oil fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge/Diner: With wood burning stove, TV, DVD, freesat, radio/CD, oak dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen/Diner: With Aga cooker( please note this is switched off from March to September), electric oven and hob, TV,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, 4 chairs
Utility Room: With washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin

Bedroom 1: With four poster king size bed, and en suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash basin
