Quietly located in the delightful village of Nunnington close to Helmsley on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, Ryecroft provides family accommodation to an excellent standard. With an abundance of facilities and features, the cottage has been fully renovated and extended in 2010 to create two spacious living areas, and three good sized bedrooms. One lounge offers the comfort of a woodburning stove, and the other living space with corner sofa has a large TV and overlooks the garden and paddock to the rear. The master bedroom has zip and link beds for flexibility of sleeping arrangements and also benefits from a shower enclosure and basin. There is a handy drying room downstairs for boots and coats. The large lawned garden to the rear also has a paddock and there is stabling available (to be arranged direct with the owner). Shop 2½ miles, pub 3 miles and restaurant 6 miles.

Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) shower cubicle and wash basin.

Starter pack of logs for the woodburner provided, all oil, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. WiFi internet access available.


Large lawned garden, paddock and stabling available to the rear (please arrange direct with owner). Games room: equipped with a TV and DVD player, sofa and full size football table. Also included are a selection of children’s toys, books and games, a chalkboard and a table and chairs. Ample private parking to the rear.

The towns of Helmsley and Malton are a short drive away, offering a delightful array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby Sutton Bank has a visitor centre providing further information about the many activities on offer in the area.
Both the North York Moors and Hambleton Hills are the perfect location for the outdoor enthusiast, with miles of footpath walks and cycle routes to discover along quiet country roads with spectacular views. For the kids, Flamingo Land and a zoo near Malton is an ideal choice, or the many resorts on the East Yorkshire Coast can be accessed in around an hour.
