Willow Grange Cottages are a collection of luxury properties nestled in a prime, secluded location on a working farm in the Vale of Pickering. They are positioned close to the picture postcard village of Thornton-le-Dale on the North Yorkshire Moors and have stunning views of open countryside and the surrounding area. The cottages are beautifully converted barns, some dating back more than 200 years and have managed to retain some of their original features including open beams and trusses.  They are in an ideal location if you are looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle of busy lives and just relax and enjoy this peaceful, tranquil setting.  They have been tastefully furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard and provide excellent, well-equipped accommodation for families and couples looking to explore the beautiful areas of the North Yorkshire Moors and the East Coast.  There is a private courtyard with outside seating and two communal hot tubs and a large children’s play area with swings, slide, football area etc. to keep the children amused for hours.

The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists with numerous footpaths close by, and a leisurely walk will take you to the lovely village of Thornton-le-Dale, with its quaint gift shops and tearooms and you must sample one of the famous ice creams before leaving. The property is ideal for visiting the bustling market town of Pickering only 4 miles away, host to the famous Traction Engine Rally and War Weekend. Take a trip on The North Yorkshire Moors Railway, the country’s most popular heritage railway, stopping at traditional Moors villages, including Goathland (Heartbeat Country), before reaching historic Whitby.   Travel only 12 miles to reach the lively resort of Scarborough, with its promenade, beach and pleasure boats.  Dalby Forest is a great day out for all the family.  It is a premier mountain biking destination and there are many walks through the forest and children and adults can enjoy the famous Go Ape assault course located there and they also host many live bands throughout the season.
