Rose Garth is a spacious, semi detached property positioned in the picturesque fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay, near Whitby. It is very well equipped with traditional decor and furnishings throughout and provides an ideal base for families or couples looking for a seaside holiday, with access to the beach only a short distance away. The lovely garden at the rear of the property is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sun. It is also a perfect location for keen walkers looking to explore this beautiful coastline. Robin Hood’s Bay is an unspoilt village nestling on the cliffs of the North York Moors National Park heritage coast and has a history of fishing and smuggling. The village is a mix of cobbled narrow streets and alleyways with individual shops, tearooms and several pubs and restaurants serving good food all within walking distance. There is a lovely beach where you can enjoy fossil hunting and rock pooling all right on your doorstep.

About the local area

The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts as the world famous Coast to Coast walk ends at Robin Hoods Bay and the Cleveland way 110 mile walk passes through it. There is also an excellent cycle track on the old railway line positioned in between the historic fishing port of Whitby, 5 miles away and the seaside town of Scarborough, 17 miles away which can be accessed only a few hundred yards from the property. Rose Garth is a perfect resting place for families and friends to enjoy and remember the beautiful Yorkshire Coast.
