Quietly nestling within a courtyard of just three cottages, Church View is a pretty cottage which has been thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard offering quality holiday accommodation for families and couples with a seating area to the front and a private parking spot. In a tranquil setting, Church View is close to the 12th century church, where the churchyard contains the Golden Cross of Sebastopol, brought back from the Crimean War by a member of a local family at Spennithorne Hall. The cottage is fitted with BT infinity broadband, this gives a powerful Wi-Fi connection throughout the cottage and even in the courtyard. The television is also connected to the broadband giving the full range of Freeview channels plus all other internet based features available on a Smart TV.

Central heating is provided to all rooms by a high efficiency ACV E-tech electric boiler. Church View is heated by electric central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With Smart TV, DVD player and CD player.
Kitchen/diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and antique pine table with 4 chairs.
