Spanning two floors, the ground floor dining room incorporates a snooker/pool table along with a selection of games, whilst the living room houses a multi-fuel stove, which is perfect for those cooler months and early evenings. To the rear of the property, a pretty cottage garden with patios overlooks the tumbling waters of the River Bain, reputedly the shortest river with a waterfall, and offers privacy and seclusion.

Situated approximately 3 miles from Hawes complete with Dales Countryside Museum, a working Ropery and the famous Wensleydale Creamery and within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
