Nestling in the heart of the delightful Wensleydale village of Bainbridge, this superb holiday home which was formerly the old Post Office has been fully refurbished and offers high quality accommodation overlooking the delightful village green. Spanning two floors, the ground floor dining room incorporates a snooker/pool table along with a selection of games, whilst the lounge houses a multi fuel stove, which is perfect for those cooler months and early evenings. To the rear of the property, a pretty cottage garden with patios overlooks the tumbling waters of the River Bain, reputedly the shortest river with a waterfall, and offers privacy and seclusion.

All oil, power, bed linen and towels included plus a starter pack for the wood burner. Travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. Kitchen towels provided. Sorry no pets. Wifi internet provided.

Outside: Small terraced garden overlooking the River Bain with 2 patios, garden furniture and BBQ. Garage suitable for storage of motorcycles and mountain bicycles.
Parking by the side of the cottage to unload only as the drive is shared. Parking then to the front of the cottage with 2 spaces.
Young children must be strictly supervised in the garden as this overlooks the River, although there is a wall between garden and river.

Situated approximately 3 miles from Hawes complete with Dales Countryside Museum, a working Ropery and the famous Wensleydale Creamery and within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The area is perfect for those who enjoy walking and cycling, with a myriad of footpath walks and cycle ways close to the village.
